    • It's Not Our Earth. “It's Not Our Earth is an awareness initiative focused on making people more conscious of the world around us, our impact on its continuation, and why we shouldn't have irrational fears of the creatures that overwhelm this earth. Within recent years there has been a much greater focus on sustainable living and re-evaluating our environmental foot-print, but quite a few things get overlooked in this process. The world we live in is absolutely filled to the brim with life, and over the past millions of years a balance has been created. Every life, even the smallest one, plays a crucial role in the balance of the ecosystem, and most people do not quite realize the importance of the smaller animals. Our aim is to enlighten the general public of the importance of life on a more “micro” scale. We focus on the role of invertebrates such as insects, arachnids, and annelids, and how the natural environment around us depends on each and every insect's survival. The ecosystem is so finely-tuned that if one thing goes missing, it will create a ripple effect across many different ecosystems.”

  • Hi, I'm Steven.

I am a twenty-two-year-old student currently attending Savannah College of Art and Design. I achieved a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, with honors, from SCAD and I am now enrolled in SCAD's Graduate Program to achieve an M.A., also in Graphic Design. My work has been featured on sites such as Behance, Typography Served, & DesignCrave, and in 2010 has won a Gold award at the SCADDY Awards, a Silver award in the ADDYs held in Savannah, and a bronze in the Savannah Secession.

In my spare time, I like to do whatever I can to grow as a person, mostly focusing on a wide variety of music, nature (check the photography section), science, and language. As a child I always explored every environment that I could, and many of my days were spent sloshing around in creeks and ponds or pulling apart rotting logs to see what I could find within its decaying depths. I've always had an extreme fascination with nature, science, language, & the human experience, and I try to let these traits show through my work.
